Implementation Manager


Whistl is recruiting for a permanent Implementation Manager which will be home-based. Working alongside the Senior Customer Solutions Manager you will be responsible for the successful on-boarding of new and existing mail customers ensuring that each customer is implemented professionally and within an agreed SLA.

The ability to work under to conflicting deadlines

  • Good written/communication/presentation skills
  • Demonstrates professionalism
  • Takes ownership for issues
  • Ability to produce project documentation, specifications and reports
  • Ability to work with broadest range of personalities
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines

Qualifications/Education/Experience

  • PC literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Project )
  • Good standard of English and Maths
  • Understanding of software and hardware used in technology systems
