Job Description

As a result of ongoing business growth we currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team in our Head Office based in Marlow. This role is a permanent position and will require you to work closely with internal and external stakeholders in delivering an exemplary level of customer service whilst managing a challenging portfolio. You will take the lead to ensure that Whistl consistently delivers the highest quality offering for its customers. You will work closely with Sales colleagues in a business to business account management environment to build long term relationships with customers and/or mailing houses to maximise customer retention.
