As a result of ongoing business growth and diversification we have opportunities for Internal Account Executives to join our Customer Services Team based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. As the main point of contact for our customers and/or mailing houses you will pro-actively manage account service levels, taking the lead in discussions across all areas of the business to investigate, report and propose actions, to ensure that Whistl consistently delivers the highest quality offering for its customers. You will work closely with Sales colleagues in a business to business account management environment building long term relationships with customers and/or mailing houses to maximise customer retention.
