Knowing what our customers think of our service is very important to us and it’s great to know that 80% of our customers are satisfied or very satisfied. Since the last customer survey we’ve strived to make improvements and it’s wonderful to see this reflected in your comments. The survey also highlights areas that require improvements and these insights are just as vital to us.
