How does the tracked parcel service work?

First of all, we collect your items and deliver them to the nearest Whistl depot, where we process and sort your items, transporting them to the recipient’s nearest Whistl depot. After this we hand over your items to our carrier partners for final mile delivery to your customer. Throughout this process you can keep your customers better informed with configurable notifications and monitor you delivery progress via an easy to access tracking portal.
