Rapid growth required custom built platform to handle stock
Rarewaves are one of the fastest growing online retailers in the world. They sell DVDs, games, clothing, electronics, gifts, toys and much more.  Products are distributed worldwide from the UK and the USA. Whistl were set the challenge to achieve a quick turnaround in a cost effective manner to ensure customers receive the best service at the best price.

A X-dock platform was built specifically for Rarewaves enabling stock received into the Whistl warehouse being sent out to customer on the same day.

75% of orders despatched on same day
This resulted in minimal stock holding and fast turnaround of orders. On average 75% of orders were despatched same day and 90% of orders over the week.

In July 2018 Whistl sponsored Rarewaves at the ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards and celebrated when they were awarded for Best international B2C performance.
