Whistl wins Best Health & Wellbeing Programme of the Year award

Whistl has been announced as the winner of the Best Health & Wellbeing Programme of the Year category at the 2023 UK Contact Centre Forum National Awards.

The Gold accolade recognises the core health and wellbeing focus at the leading logistics partner's UK contact centres.

It follows a previous UKCCF awards win for Best Outsourcing Partnership, in conjunction with TOCA Social, a provider of immersive football and dining experiences.

The UK Contact Centre Forum National Awards recognise achievements and innovation within the UK contact centre industry, focussing on customers, colleagues and technology.

Whistl's latest gong is further testament to the people focus within its Contact Solutions team and its emphasis on providing human and empathetic interactions in every channel.

The award is well-deserved recognition for the great work the Whistl wellbeing team has done in creating such a comprehensive, industry-leading programme.
