With 20+ years in logistics and direct marketing, Andy oversees domestic and international parcel delivery management for the Whistl Group.

Since joining Whistl in 2010, Laura has supported the growth of our mail division, actively giving guidance for industry changes that affect the postal market.

Gareth specialises in the transformation and development of suppliers and supply chains. In addition to procurement, he has responsibility for the development of the Whistl property portfolio and fleet management.

Jason is responsible for the Whistl group's IT strategy, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience and that the business continues to lead through technology innovation.

Trevor Glenny is a seasoned finance professional and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with extensive experience in business planning, commercial finance, and supply chain optimisation.
Charles Neilson
Director of Postal Affairs
Charles is responsible for developing Whistl’s corporate strategy, including the relationship with Royal Mail and the legal and regulatory environment in which the business operates.
John Evans
Director of Legal & Company Secretary
John provides strategic legal, risk management and compliance advice and support across the Whistl group. As Company Secretary, he is also responsible for the corporate administration and legal and regulatory governance of the Whistl Group.

Dave plays a central role in developing our network and supporting our teams in delivering industry-leading service to our customers.
Nick Wells
Executive Chairman
Nick joined Whistl (formerly TNT Post UK) in 2001 when he sold his direct marketing business to TNT. Nick led the management buyout of Whistl from PostNL and has overseen the growth of Whistl to nearly £1bn in revenues for the Group, making Whistl the most significant private logistics business in the UK. From entrepreneur to corporate executive back to entrepreneur again, Nick has gained valuable insight into how to be successful and grow a business. Married with three children, he sometimes has time for golf, skiing and the odd glass of wine!
Ian Keilty
Chief Executive Officer
Ian joined Whistl from Wincanton where he became Chief Operating Officer in 2020. Prior to joining Wincanton, Ian built up extensive experience in supply chain as an Executive for Brakes Group, Booker Group, Iceland Stores and Mars. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a degree in Engineering from the University of Durham. Ian is married with two children. Outside of work, he is a keen musician, playing both keyboard and guitar in various rock bands.
Nigel Polglass
Board of Management Director
Nigel graduated from Lancaster University with a Master's in Business Administration. Nigel joined Whistl (formerly TNT Post UK) in 2008 as MD of TNT Post London, which he took from start-up to £55m of sales in three years. Before Whistl, Nigel held senior positions within market-leading and multi-national companies, including Ceridian Corporation, Hays PLC and the Royal Mail Group. Nigel was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Whistl in 2013 and became Board of Management Director in 2025. Nigel is married with two adult children.
Manoj Parmar
Chief Financial Officer
Manoj qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers and subsequently went on to senior, international finance and commercial positions with Cable & Wireless. Before joining Whistl, Manoj held similar positions in private equity-backed companies. Manoj is married, has a daughter and enjoys swimming and going to the gym.
Fliss O'Hara
Managing Director of Fulfilment Solutions and Contact Solutions
Fliss joined Whistl in 2023. Before joining Whistl, she spent 13 years at Clipper Logistics, where she held several roles across the Commercial Finance function, leading to her final role as Business Development Director. Fliss also worked for Tesco plc for five years and began her finance career within the aerospace industry. CIMA-qualified, Fliss is passionate about providing solutions for our customers, helping to solve their fulfilment challenges and being part of their growth plans. Fliss is a Board co-sponsor for Women at Whistl, a key initiative within the company’s EDI strategy. Fliss enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling to warmer climates, reading, and practising Yoga.
Andrew Goddard
Managing Director, Parcels and International
Andy is the Managing Director of Parcel and International. Back in 2013, Andy joined Whistl on secondment from Express Dairies, where he was the Head of Home Delivery, and has been with the business ever since. Previously, he was the Client Director and Head of Home Shopping and eCommerce at Royal Mail, where he led the company's door-to-door business. He was previously in the Royal Logistic Corps and achieved the rank of Lt Col before retiring in 2006. Educated to degree level, Andy graduated from the Institute of Direct Marketing and is a Fellow of the IDM. Andy is married and has two children; his hobbies include property, running, and playing the occasional round of golf.
Mark Davies
Managing Director (Doordrop Media)
Mark joined Whistl in 2003 and occupied several vital sales roles before becoming MD of the DDM business. President of ELMA (the European Letterbox Marketing Association), Mark also represents the company on the DMA print council and regularly speaks on the doordrop industry in the UK and across Europe. Before joining Whistl, Mark spent ten years seeing the world in the travel and leisure industry and has lived and worked in Santa Barbara, Boston, Amsterdam and Barcelona. Mark is married with two young children and lives in Oxfordshire. He still enjoys travelling, writing and squash.
Laura Sanjurgo
Managing Director of Mail
Laura joined Whistl in 2010 as a Business Development Manager and has since progressed through several senior commercial roles before becoming the Commercial Director for our Mail business in 2023 and the Managing Director of Mail in January 2026. Laura is passionate about the Mail industry and committed to ensuring that we lead the sector, provide innovative solutions, and provide excellent customer service. As a Board co-sponsor for Women at Whistl, a key initiative within the company’s EDI strategy, she is committed to ensuring an inclusive culture that provides equal opportunities for all. Away from work, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, taking long walks with her dog, and staying active at the gym.
Gareth Hughes
Business Services and ESG Director
Gareth joined Whistl in 2014 as Director of Procurement. He has previously held procurement leadership roles across various sectors, including positions at Bupa and Legal & General. Gareth is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchase & Supply (CIPS), has a degree in Management Studies, and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade. Gareth specialises in the transformation and development of suppliers and supply chains. In addition to procurement, he has responsibility for the development of the Whistl property portfolio and fleet management. Married with two children, Gareth coaches rugby and football, goes to the gym and enjoys music and cooking.
Jason Powell
IT Director
Jason is responsible for designing and implementing Whistl’s IT strategy, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience and that the business continues to lead through technology innovation. Jason’s experience includes senior technology roles in the banking, telecoms, utilities, BPO and retail sectors for corporate enterprises, including Lloyds Bank, Coutts Bank, the Post Office and SME firms. When relaxing with his wife and two children, he enjoys travelling, skiing, reading and mountain biking.
Lynn Dillon
HR Director
Before becoming HR Director, Lynn was Operations Director within the Doordrop Media business, a role she held for 11 years. Lynn joined the industry in 1986 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience across the mail industry. Passionate about creating a culture that strives for continuous improvement to help build strong, productive relationships with our customers. Lynn enjoys travelling to exotic and undiscovered parts of the world and loves music and theatre.
Trevor Glenny
Finance Director
Trevor qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and subsequently held several reporting, planning, commercial, and international positions within Unipart. Prior to joining Whistl in 2012, Trevor worked in logistics and distribution within the automotive aftermarket, including operating NDCs and large National multi-site networks. Trevor excels in financial modelling, team leadership, and driving business improvements, making him a key asset for strategic decision-making in dynamic industries. Trevor is married with two children and enjoys spending his free time playing badminton, mountain biking, attending live comedy shows, and taking long walks with his dog.
Charles Neilson
Director of Postal Affairs
Charles is responsible for developing Whistl’s corporate strategy, including the relationship with Royal Mail and the legal and regulatory environment in which the business operates. Charles joined the Whistl Executive Board, formed following the MBO in 2015, and has worked for various companies in the mail industry over the last 30 years. He brings vast media planning and data analytics knowledge to help develop and enhance our direct mail and doordrop media services. Charles lives in Kent with his wife, Cally and has two grown-up children. Charles spends his spare time playing tennis and going to the gym, and he has a taste for Spanish and Italian wines.
John Evans
Director of Legal & Company Secretary
John graduated from University College London with a degree in History and completed a Law conversion and post-graduate qualifications in law. He qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and spent the next eight years working in private practice on commercial and transactional matters for various corporate clients, from start-ups to blue-chip PLCs. In 2011 John was seconded to Honda Motor Europe as interim Head of Legal and then to Whistl (at the time, TNT Post) before joining the business formally in 2012. He became Head of Legal in 2014 before becoming Director of Legal and a member of the Executive Board in 2019. John is a commercial and corporate law specialist and provides strategic legal, risk management and compliance advice and support to all of Whistl’s businesses. As Company Secretary, he is also responsible for the corporate administration and legal and regulatory governance of the Whistl Group. John is married and lives in the Oxfordshire countryside. He enjoys running, hiking, opera, theatre, and researching his interests in history, economics and psychology.
Dave Twiddle
Group Operations Director
Director of Operations (Mail, Parcels, International and Fulfilment) Dave joined Whistl in 2014, undertaking several operational leadership roles, including Head of Operations, before becoming Operations Director in October 2019 and Group Operations Director in 2026. He has played a central role in developing our network and supporting our teams in delivering industry-leading service to our customers.
