Tracked DDP Service Discontinued 13/02/23

We have been informed by our carrier for our International Standard Tracked DDP service that the non-IOSS DDP service will be discontinued.

Items will not be accepted by our carrier from Monday 13^th February 2023 onwards, which means that we will be turning off the Standard Tracked DDP option from Wednesday 8^th February 2023.

Please ensure that any labels printed off prior to this date are used and sent for delivery. Any items sent on the service after the 8^th of February may be delayed and returned.

Our Standard Tracked IOSS & DDU services are unaffected, and you should have pricing for these services but please speak to your Whistl Account Manager if you need any further information.
