Whistl Group Earns EcoVadis Gold Medal

Whistl, the UK’s leading logistics specialists in e-fulfilment, mail and parcels, has secured a Gold medal from a world-leading sustainability platform.

EcoVadis is an international organisation which evaluates businesses on their environmental performance and corporate social responsibility. It is an online evaluation tool that enables procurement professionals to compare suppliers and make decisions based upon sustainability, environment, social and ethical work. EcoVadis also provides access to real-time change and improvements.

In only four years of assessment, Whistl has risen through the grading system and is now in the top 5% of all global companies rated by EcoVadis. The Gold status accolade was achieved in the same year that the company outlined its strategy to achieve Net Zero by 2045.

EcoVadis is the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings for more than 125,000+ companies. The rating methodology is built on international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, and ISO 26000. The review process covers four areas: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
