We were thrilled to see a great turnout of businesses and brands. The event had a jam-packed agenda of guest speakers from Richer Sounds, Grüum, Microscooters and Brand Alley, and valuable insights into creating more robust marketing plans in a changing landscape from Chloe Thomas and Seen Connects.
With consumer behaviour changing, Fliss O'Hara, Commercial Director of Fulfilment for Whistl, unveiled our latest eCommerce consumer research findings and to ensure we were all considering the impact of change and technology, we also had insights from Adobe and future strategist Paul Armstrong.
The day was wrapped up with a leading panel of experts on how we can navigate the eCommerce journey going forward.
