Two Whistl Contact Centre employees have been shortlisted for a prestigious UK National Contact Centre Award, with the ceremony taking place in London in June.
James Moor and Matthew Scorer have been shortlisted in the Outsourced Team Manager of the Year category. Their nominations had to demonstrate key leadership skills in the last 12 months that impacted the team, team performance or the relationship with the client.
Both James and Matthew have made a significant contribution in the past year and I am delighted that they have been shortlisted for this award in recognition of their progress and hard work
