Ofcom has been asked to resolve a dispute between Whistl and Royal Mail in relation to whether the terms offered by Royal Mail in response to a new access service request were fair and reasonable.
We believe that this is a continuation of Royal Mail's established pattern of anti-competitive practices that, in seeking to hinder fair competition, denies our posting customers choice of provider, innovation, and access to reasonably priced services. We are therefore delighted that Ofcom as a regulator has decided to look into the issue we have raised and decide what is fair and reasonable.
