Leicester College stayed ahead of schedule whilst on mailing saving costs
Leicester College sent over 20,000 enrolment letters in 2020 through Whistl’s Hybrid Mail portal.
With the elimination of in-house printing cost savings were made.
The letters were sent two weeks ahead of schedule by standard mail versus 1st class mail resulting in further savings.
Leicester College also benefited from time savings.
Staff spent less time printing, folding and inserting letters.
Hybrid Mail also improved accuracy as enclosures were not omitted.
Most importantly Hybrid Mail allowed staff to work from home and still send out important student correspondence during the pandemic and moving forwards.
