Whistl Contact Centre shortlisted for Outsourcing Provider of the Year
Whistl’s Gateshead based Contact Centre has been shortlisted in the North East Contact Centre Awards, for Outsourcing Provider of the Year.
This award seeks to find an Outsourcing Provider which has performed to the highest standards during the period from September 2019 to now, including during the coronavirus crisis.
Those shortlisted will have to demonstrate that they have offered commercial value to their client relationships whilst maintaining and developing a strong commitment to staff development and supporting a positive future for the sector.
Whistl provides tailored customer service solutions to a broad range of sectors including ecommerce, utilities and care homes. It can help provide a dedicated UK based inbound and outbound contact centre team for all enquiries if a client’s own facility has reached capacity or they need help managing peak periods. The awards are now in their 17th year and winners will be announced on 20 November.
