In recognition of excellent service, Synertec handed Whistl their Supplier Appreciation Award as part of the company’s 25th anniversary celebrations.
Whistl and Synertec have worked together on many campaigns. The most significant of all included the mailing of 1st Covid-19 vaccination appointments in 2021. This involved over 60 million letters being sent, and on occasion over 1 million items were handled daily with only 2 days' notice.
90% of Synertec’s volume is health mailings, including high-priority NHS appointment letters. Whistl understands the critical nature of these essential items and always strives to provide high service levels, as evidenced by a 96.8% day 1 handover to Royal Mail.
