ScottishPower Chooses Whistl for Mail Management

ScottishPower has returned to Whistl as part of a new contract that will see us process 10 million items of transactional and promotional mail annually.

ScottishPower serves over five million UK households. Following a competitive tender process, we're delighted to partner with them again and deliver mail management services. 

The Glasgow-headquartered firm is the first integrated energy company in the UK to generate 100% green electricity. 

As well as the appeal of our service optimisation and hands-on account management, ScottishPower was impressed by our approach to reducing environmental harm. This includes our focus on meeting both our own and our customers' Net-Zero targets.

Through initiatives such as the unique Fuel Carbon Calculator, we enable customers to calculate their reduced carbon emissions through opting to use Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) rather than diesel for the collection and trunking of their bulk mail.
