Partnering with Whistl Powered Scalable, Low-Risk Growth

Brightr Sleep needed a fulfilment partner capable of handling high order volumes, while offering flexibility, scalable space, and strategic guidance without requiring a risky full-scale switch from day one. In January 2025, they partnered with Whistl on a low-risk, three-month trial. We began by onboarding a curated selection of their best-selling SKUs and integrating their Shopify store to enable smooth, real-time order processing.

Whistl's Fulfilment Strategy Gives Brightr Sleep Flexibility, Control, and Confidence to Scale

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, we took a phased, collaborative approach to de-risk the transition and build confidence gradually.

  • We started with their top-selling SKUs, allowing real-time performance monitoring and accurate demand forecasting.
  • Our team connected Shopify and Amazon to route orders smoothly into our fulfilment operations and quickly enabled the Seller Fulfilled Prime service, an essential integration for the business.
  • We expanded their delivery options by introducing multiple carriers tailored to parcel size, delivery speed, and cost.
  • A second warehouse location was set up, within their Shopify store, allowing us to fulfil select orders, such as larger items like mattresses, directly from our facility. This flexible setup meant Brightr Sleep could continue fulfilling some products from their current fulfilment partner while testing new lines through our network, without needing a full operational handover. It gave them control, visibility, and the ability to scale at their own pace.
  • To ease the transition, we coordinated a controlled depletion of their existing stock while gradually moving inventory to our facilities, removing operational pressure during the switch.​​​​​

The phased approach delivered strong results, enabling Brightr Sleep to transition seamlessly from trial to whole operation while gaining the flexibility, capacity, and support needed to fuel continued growth:
