Rarewaves is one of the fastest-growing online retailers in the world. They sell DVDs, games, clothing, electronics, gifts, toys and much more.  Products are distributed worldwide from the UK and the USA. Whistl was set the challenge of achieving a quick, cost-effective turnaround to ensure customers receive the best service at the best price.

A Cross-Docking platform was built explicitly for Rarewaves, enabling stock received at the Whistl warehouse to be sent to customers on the same day.

75% of orders are dispatched on the same day
This resulted in minimal stock holding and fast turnaround of orders. On average, 75% of orders were dispatched the same day, and 90% over the week.

In July 2018, Whistl sponsored Rarewaves at the ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards and celebrated when Rarewaves was awarded Best international B2C performance.
