Whistl Promotes Dave Twiddle to Group Operations Director

We're pleased to announce the promotion of Dave Twiddle to the newly created role of Group Operations Director, with this remit covering our Mail, Parcels, International and Fulfilment operations.

New Group Role for Operations Leader

Dave joined Whistl in 2014 and has undertaken several operational leadership roles, including Head of Operations, before becoming Director of Operations for our Mail and Parcels divisions in October 2019. He has played a central role in developing our network and supporting our teams in delivering industry-leading service to our customers. 

As Whistl has continued to diversify across multi-channel fulfilment and delivery management, this latest position recognises Dave's contributions while also introducing Group level responsibility for our key operational requirements. 

Meanwhile, Mark Lawrenson, who joined the company three years ago, steps up into the expanded role of Operations Director for Mail, Parcels & International.

Michael Leeson continues in the role of Operations Director for our rapidly growing Fulfilment offering.
