Two Whistl Contact Centre employees have been shortlisted at the prestigious UK National Contact Centre Awards, with the ceremony taking place in London in June.
James Moor and Matthew Scorer have been shortlisted in the Outsourced Team Manager of the Year category. Their nominations demonstrated how they've used their key leadership skills in the last 12 months to positively impact upon team performance and the company's relationship with the client.
Both James and Matthew have made a significant contribution in the past year and I am delighted that they have been shortlisted for this award in recognition of their progress and hard work
