Whistl, the UK's leading logistics specialist in e-fulfilment, contact centres, mail and parcels, has announced the rebranding of Clientbase Fulfilment as Whistl Fulfilment following the acquisition in late 2020.
The 300-strong Devon-based teams in Wrangaton, Plymouth and Paignton manage inbound contact centre operations, warehousing, fulfilment and business support functions across a portfolio of more than 50 clients. Their customers include Sarah Raven, Dogs Trust, Madeleine, Peter Hahn, RSPCA, Secret Lab, and Sophie Conran.
Whistl has rapidly expanded its fulfilment and contact centre capacity over the past 12 months, opening new warehouse capability in Northampton and Lutterworth, joining existing space in Gateshead and Rushden.
The company now has 11 fulfilment warehouses across the UK, totalling over 1.5 million sqft of fulfilment space and over 500 seat contact centre capability.
