Spark Response are finalists at the 2016 eCommerce Awards

Spark Response (now rebranded to Whistl as part of 2018 acquisition) received the exciting news in July 2016 that we had been included as a finalist in the prestigious eCommerce Awards for Excellence. Nominated in the ‘Best eCommerce Customer Service’ category, for our work with our amazing client, Micro Scooters.

The eCommerce Awards for excellence is one of the most prestigious award ceremonies in the online retail sector. Winners from 2015 alone include House of Fraser, Buy a Gift, Toys R Us, Sony, Domino’s Pizza, Vodafone and Naked Wines. So, we were in good company!

Having attended the awards in 2015 as sponsors, we were delighted when our good friends at Micro Scooters decided to enter the awards in partnership with us. Spark Response (now rebranded to Whistl as part of 2018 acquisition) has worked closely with Micro Scooters since 2012. Our partnership allows us to manage customer service and order fulfilment services on behalf of Micro Scooters – the premium brand of children’s and adult scooters in the UK.
