Whistl Achieves Silver Quality Mark for Charitable Giving

September 2024

The Whistl Group is delighted to receive the Silver APGO Payroll Giving Quality Mark Award from Charities Trust for its commitment to Payroll Giving.

This accolade represents another successful milestone for the Group, as part of its wider commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives

The Payroll Giving Quality Mark is a government-supported accreditation which recognises and rewards organisations of all sizes for offering and promoting Payroll Giving to their employees. Organisations are given points for their involvement through employee participation, hosting events, running digital promotions and other activitites.

This has been awarded to Whistl based on:

  • The number of employees currently registered for Payroll Giving (65), and donating an amount from their salary directly to a charity of their choice via Hands on Payroll Giving.
  • The internal promotion of Payroll Giving over the past year, through site visits and communication channels.

The APGO Payroll Giving Quality Mark demonstrates Whistl’s commitment to Payroll Giving and corporate social responsibility. It is also an opportunity for the business to celebrate its employees and the huge amount of support that its donations provide to countless good causes.
