Sunlife Direct Mail Case Study

Sunlife used a mailing campaign to convert their base of online enquirers into purchasers for their pet insurance products. Using the tangible properties of mail, they created and delivered ‘smelly packs’ with scent infused paper peppermint for cats, bacon for dogs to get their pets to aid in the decision making the process for their insurance needs.

As an integrated message, customers were emailed in advance telling them to look out for the pack and to create a feedback loop they were asked to upload a film clip of their pet’s reaction to it on social media.
