Whistl announced the launch of a new carrier management system (CMS) at the start of July 2019. The new CMS is based on a system created by Parcelhub (part of the Whistl Group) developed to meet the needs of Whistl’s parcel customers.
What is the Carrier Management System?
It is a system for Whistl parcel customers to access fully tracked and part-tracked domestic and international delivery services. The CMS acts as the interface between Whistl, customers, and carriers. Customers can use the system to print labels, despatch their goods, and for tracking and reporting on parcel deliveries.
