Whistl Fulfilment's Andy Couch Wins Warehouse Leader Award

The UK Warehousing Association Awards for Excellence are always a high point in the logistics calendar and we're delighted to congratulate Whistl Fulfilment's Andy Couch for landing the Warehouse Leader award in the 2026 edition.

Andy is an integral part of our fulfilment operations in the South West and this individual prize recognises his outsanding leadership within our team.

At a prestigious ceremony in London, Andy beat strong competition to take the top honour, in what was the 25th anniversary celebration of the awards. 

Andy's award-winning nomination focussed on his calm, hands-on leadership style. He consistently leads from the front and supports his teams throughout the high-pressure periods such as Black Friday and Christmas that are so important to customers.

Following the awards, Andy has been publicly congratulated by many of his colleagues, as well as industry partners. 

Whistl Fulfilment was also shortlisted in the Co-Packing & Fulfilment and Sustainability award categories, highlighting the strength of our operations and commitment to the environment. 

Spotlight on Whistl in the South West

In 2025, we landed the Best Business to Consumer Performance (Baby, Children and Family) award at the Direct Commerce Awards. This was presented for our sustainable and reliable fulfilment for Muddy Puddles. 

Operating from the South West, Whistl Fulfilment and Muddy Puddles is a relationship that has spanned more than 10 years, owing to our continued focus on upholding the B Corporation's customer promise.

This includes ensuring 99.93% accuracy and 99% on-time delivery, even during peak seasons like Back to School and Black Friday. We also switched to fully sustainable packaging, with our delivery performance and initiatives helping Muddy Puddles to maintain a 4.8 Trustpilot score.
