Expansion to Meet Future Demand
The move to the purpose-built facility will enable us to expand our Contact Solutions offering to meet future customer demand.
Whistl Contact Solutions currently operates from two locations based in the North East and South West of the UK, providing an overall 500-seat capacity.
Since launching its Contact Solutions division, we've developed a suite of outsourced contact centre services, including multi-channel and omnichannel inbound and outbound support via phone, email, social media and live chat.
Customers include businesses within the social care, charity, finance, retail and entertainment industries, such as the RSPCA, Sarah Raven, J Parker's and Cocoa Runners.
Recent accolades include wins at the UK Contact Centre Forum Awards for Outsourcing Partnership of the Year (2022) with TOCA Social, and a first prize for Best Health & Wellbeing Programme of the Year in 2023.

The Contact Solutions division utilises UK-based contact centres staffed by experienced agents, some with over 10 years' tenure at Whistl. These agents can provide inbound or outbound customer support, including telemarketing, with flexible and tailored options available for fluctuating demands.
This means that businesses can choose between a full outsourced customer service provision or a bureau contact centre service, whereby customers only pay for the number of calls they receive. This performance-based model is ideal for brands or retailers that may experience seasonal and peak demands.
