To qualify for the adMail service, campaigns must comprise at least 4,000 mailing items per service per day. In addition, please note:
adMail is a six-day delivery service performed Monday to Saturday. Royal Mail aims to deliver mailing items on the first working day after handover to Royal Mail and its acceptance.
The customer must provide accurate samples for every mailing, which Royal Mail will use for auditing unless the customer has opted out.
