FirstSort: Next-Day Business Mail Criteria

  • Must be sending a minimum of 250 items per collection
  • FirstSort mail must be letter size (DL/C5 0-100g)
  • Items must be presented in blank envelopes so that an indicia can be sprayed on
  • The mail must be machinable items only.
  • Exclusions include Polywrap, plastic or window envelopes without plastic film; enclosed inflexible objects such as coins, pens and keys; any item more significant than 5mm in thickness or heavier than 100g

Depending on your recipients' locations, earlier collections may be necessary to ensure your unsorted mail is processed before being handed over to Royal Mail for delivery the next day.
